Friends, today I was on a
company meeting where a manager told a wonderful story about great customer experiences at a recent US Trip and I would
like to share one of his experiences. While you here many, many times people
wishing you a “nice day”, “good morning” etc. there was a
shopkeeper at a gas-station wishing everyone “Have the BEST day!”.
Through that this shopkeeper separates from the rest and truly
enlightens with that simple change of a common phrase.
So have the best day,
everyone!
